Brake lines should be replaced if the undercarriage is excessively rusty or if the lines are rusty. NO matter the age of a car, there is no need to replace the lines unless the above conditions exist. Your car seems to be an exceptionally well maintqained and preserved one, doubtful it needs lines replaced.

I have had numerous 37-41 Junior and Senior cars in good condition and never replaced any lines.

I would, however, remove a front wheel an drum and pull back
the wheel cylinder boots to see if there is leakage or any crud. If a car spent much of its life ot being driven , water collects in the cylinders and rusts them causing leaks.
