LeBaron Bonney purchased Autocraft, from their Spring 2011 Catalog:

"Greetings from LeBaron Bonney,
The antique auto industry is an industry of change.
As I travel to shows, I see changes in the types of cars being showcased and the unique characteristics each owner has chosen for their car.
In the past few years, I have also seen an increase
in the number of our customers who own more than
one vehicle. Many are restoring a Model A, as well as
a later-model streetrod or muscle car. LeBaron Bonney
as a company has a long-standing tradition of contin-
ued growth. Over the years, we have acquired the Hampton Coach and ABC Auto Upholstery Companies to compliment our existing line.
I am proud to announce our latest addition to LeBaron Bonney Company: EZBoy Interiors. EzBoy and its sister company, Autocraft Interiors, add many new options to anyone working on the interior of their vehicle. Rather than try to replicate the original materials as the traditional LeBaron Bonney lines do, the EZBoy line is a completely custom to each car. We now have patterns for over 7000 makes, models and variations from 1928 to the present (see the list on page 4). From these patterns, we can produce seat upholstery that you can design yourself from a wide range of stitch patterns and materials, and easily install yourself. We are happy to manufacture these new customized interiors with the same quality as you have come to expect from LeBaron Bonney. As well as the seat upholstery, the new EZBoy line offers a new line of Glide Seat Frames (see page 55), panel upholstery (see page 7), seat covers and slipcovers. We manufacture our own new line of specialty seats: The EZRide Bench Seat, the Bomber Seat and the Rat Rod Seat (see page 5), all of which fit a wide variety of vehicles, and can be made in your choice of materials.
With this acquisition, we have added new staff, undergone extensive training, and are ready to provide you with an even wider line of products than ever before. See more information on the EZBoy line of products at www.EZBoyinteriors.com.
As always, watch our website (www.lebaronbonney.com) for new events and instructional videos; be sure to add your name to our list to receive our electronic newsletter (just send an email to advertising@lebaronbonney.com); and don't hesitate to stop by for a tour if you are in the area."
