53 convertible hydraulic pump

I finally finished replumbing the hydraulic lines for my 53's windows and top. But, when I power up the system, the windows will go up but they don't come back down, and the hydraulic pump under the hood runs continuously. I can't determine in the schematics what should cause the pump to stop running when the windows are all up and a switch isn't being held.
