Here is what the Packard Gray looks like on my 54 (327). Also the manifolds are painted with Eastwood "Cast Blast" Manifold paint.
The PI Judging guide calls out that both manifolds are natural cast (unpainted), but black (stove paint) is acceptable on the intake.
