All I know for now is I have a 56 Clipper Sedan delux.

I am not sure about the terminology of cam and eccentric, etc.

All I know is I had two pieces to the rocker arm. A thin one that slipped inside a thick one. The holes align. Then, align the 2 pieces with the pump, and push the pin in to hold it all together. Then, just push the whole thing kind of haphazardly into the body, line up and tighten bolts.

That's what I did....
