Re: Rear Stabiliser Rubber Bushing Replacement

Last time I spoke with Dan Kanter about the sway bar and shock bushings (very recently), they were rubber. But with Kanter's connection to PST I asked Dan if he could provide crossover numbers to PST's urethane parts especially for the 55/56 rear sway bar bushings. Perhaps they've made a source change? I'll see Dan again this weekend at the regional PAC picnic and will follow up on this; my rear sway bar bushings on the 56 are usually pretty well beat up after a couple of seasons of driving.

When I redid the 56 rear sway bar, I ground off the pin heads, and drilled and tapped for cap screws. This sure makes it easy to replace the bushings, especially when they need replacing so regularly - very glad I didn't tack-weld them. I did however get the two bars back in incorrectly which Ross noticed and corrected when he had the car for Ultramatic service.
