I'm not aware of kits other than old, dried-out crap that you sometimes find. But it is so inexpensive to have them professionally rebuilt, why not just send it to Ficken Wiper Service? They do excellent work and folks are often astounded at how well properly-serviced vacuum wipers can perform.wiperman.com/
