Adjusting the PB actuator bench mock-up

Does anyone have a diagram of how to get the PB control assembly, actuator and motor to wok when they're on a work bench? I have them on my work bench so I can adjust the actuator to make sure the fingers stops exactly where they're suppose to? I've tried using the diagram in the SB, but I can't seem to get things to work. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
