the first letter appears to be the letter j or possibly a u, i guess i could reinstall the crank with a rod and measure the stroke, but i'm hopeing to do as little work as possible. I'm thinking of having the cam reground and sience it has to be done, maybe a little hotter, has anyone any information on the lift or duration. I plan on having the head and block shaved down anyway so could go alittle more compression if fiezable, what do yall think? I recentally rebuilt a 225 slant 6 and milled the head to raise compression. Works great with the 1/4 oversized valves and headers hot cam and 4bbl intake, i know this won't be a race engine but if i have to change or machine anyway why not more preformance and econmy.
