I appreciate the concern. In the case that I do need to raise the car up I am always sure to put jack stands under it. My Dad and husband were very thorough about teaching me the safety of it all. Although, as I am only 5 ft tall and all of 120lbs I can typically belly crawl and roll over under it (I've got lots of room to move). I am still learning the general shop practices but up to date I've had some pretty good teachers and thanks to this site many more.

I'm doing it on my own now because my parents moved back to AZ and my husband is on a church mission for the remainder of the year. Just recently did I start doing all of the things that needed to be done. I'm pretty well finished and she'll be road ready as soon as I finish this one and replace the stoplight switch. I'm always open to learning and any advice that anyone has to offer in more than welcome. If I already know something I don't mind hearing it again-I'm young and like most young people sometimes I need reminding.
