Excluding subtle local effects that might occur such as cavitation from an impeller, pressure should be equal in all locations within the system as determined by the rating of the radiator cap.

But remember it's psi, pounds per square inch, so to know the total force exerted on a surface you'd have to know the surface area.

At least I think I'm right on this.
