I picked up the 400 today. She is beautiful and I think she actually drove better coming home given the new upholstery;) ! Here are some pictures of how things look now inside the car.
BTW, when my bride came home from work, I made her close her eyes and walked her out into the garage. Keeping her eyes closed I then had her sit inside the 400 and I closed the door. She was very quiet for the longest time; taking it all in. She smiled and said "very nice honey"! It was her smile that made it for me. She has stood by me through a serious health issues, along with the challenges that enter a family when one chooses urban policing as a career. She is quite the woman!
I will also post more detailed pictures of the remnants, in a couple of days. Looking inside them, I'm certain these came from the Packard plant.
