Rear Stabiliser Rubber Bushing Replacement

Gents,
I seek your learned assistance once again. I removed the rear axle housing from my 56 400 over the weekend as I am getting ready to take it in for a rebuild. When I turned my attention to the rear stabiliser bars, it was evident that the rubber bushings are buggered. The bushes in the eyes at the outer ends are a simple replacement, however I seek advice as to whether the bushes that are held within the mounting bracket where the bars are anchored above the diff are servicable and if so how? See attahed photo.
