Re: 352 Freeze Plugs (Block plugs)

Okay, so I found one of the original block plugs I popped out about a year ago, and am comparing it to the replacement one. The OD is correct. But the thickness of the original is almost twice as deep compared to the replacement.

Are the shallow plugs what should be in the block?

Are the thicker plugs incorrect that someone put in years ago?
