Just to be clear on specifics:

Clippers (Junior): 5x4-1/2in bolt pattern, 5-1/2in width at tire bead.

Seniors: 5x5in bolt pattern, 6in width at tire bead.

Therefore, Junior wheels don't fit Seniors and vice versa. However, it is possible to get dual pattern steel wheels from such vendors as Wheel Vintiques.

IMO, the different bolt pattern is one of more stupid things that Packard did.
