Yes, all your 320" heads and accessories bolt right on to any Packard V8.

Or you might want to check with me. I've got a NOS 320" short block sitting on the floor right now. I'll have to look it over and come up with a price, but it will be less than the cost of the new pistons, rings and bearings.
