Then why would STB 55T-25 specifiy relocation of a LEFT rear bracket on the 55 Caribs?
Perhaps you are confusing this with the single 4-bbl. applications. IIRC, those use a one-piece rear bracket that runs, left-to-right, under the coil bracket on the intake manifold.
