Regarding the taking of photos at the Warren museum (or any museum), I think it all depends on the people on hand at the time. Mary Ann, the director (I think that's her title) at Warren is very helpful, and SHE does know about Packards. I was there in 2012 and asked to take detailed photos of the two Pan Americans on display. She not only dropped the ropes but allowed me to open the doors and hoods. I took MANY photos that day.
