BTV on ebay

Interesting BTV on ebay that seller says came out of a 55 Clipper. It appears to be the hydraulic reaction type. I was unaware Packard ever used this style so expect it was a later replacement. Wonder if any more are out there and how the feel compares to the sleeve or poppet valve types.
