Cold weather can slow things down alot. But a good remedy is to just fill up a couple of 2 gallon coal buckets and place them near the area in the shop where or car where u're working. Electric heater can help too. Just need to place them in the immediate area of the shop where u're working.

Of course that can be a problem for some people who have no access to any embers so it's a couple of electric heaters to use then.
