With much discussion on what could have "caused" your momentary brake failure and no answer. We would like to extend an offer to you. Per Fred and Dan, we would like to send you a prepaid shipping label for you to send us your BTV to evaluate and rebuild for you free of charge. As part of it we will document our findings and share them within the forum in hopes to help with educating others on causes of failures with BTV.
