The lower inner control arm/A-arm bushings ARE AVAILABLE and are NEW. I sell them as part of my Packard parts business. Please see the ad in for sale section. Also, the lower inner bushings can be easily removed WITHOUT removing rivets, welding, disassembly, etc. Please see attached photos of tool that can be made to remove them. The tool is similar to a wheel puller. It grasps the bushing by the flange and extracts it by applying force, via two screws, to the control arm. (I also have NEW upper inner bushings). The upper and lower bushings deteriorate due mostly to oil, power steering fluid and grease contamination which rots the rubber. After new bushings are installed, and properly tightened, cover them with a 10" square of 4 layers of heavy duty aluminum foil. Mold the foil around and over the bushings; this will protect them from oil and grease. (See photo, lower right).
