I don't have a close-up photo, nor the tool itself. It's exactly like the millions of cheap spark plug wrenches that came with many cars and are seen by the tens of thousands at flea markets in that one end has two holes thru it and the rod is inserted and becomes the handle. To my knowledge the only difference from the traditional plug wrench is that one end is 14mm for the spark plugs and the other end sized for the skirt retaining bolt rather than the more normal 10mm spark plug, or at least that's how I understand it.

No doubt someone will have a good photo for you, these things are more common that snow & ice in the northeast.
