The pump installed with only minor adjustments for clearances. Today, we started the Packard for the first time with the new pump. The engine maintained 20lbs at idle and 50lbs at cruising rpms. It appears that the pump conversion is an unqualified success. Recommend changeover for any Packard V8 owner.
