V8 Differential Tags

I was under my Caribbean today and found these tags on the differential interesting. Two stamped tags one on each side. One is stamped 46 over 13 and the other is stamped 45C. Anyone know the significance of these differential tags?

Edit: The 46/13 matches the 3.54:1 gear ratio.
