I don't know what year and model Packard you're asking about, I'm guessing its a V8; following are the NAPA belt numbers from some years ago. These numbers are now obsolete but a NAPA store should be able to cross them to the current numbers.

Generator/fan: NAPA 25 7570
Power Steering: NAPA 25XL 10603

When all else fails, measure the needed length of belt with a piece of string and take the measurement to the parts store, a good counterman will come up with the correct size.
