Guess I better gets things in order.

The knocking was only with power..let off gas pedal..no knock...Melling holding in there...(oil pump)..pressure at center..

No knocking on drive home. Just ran rough..idle etc..

After it cooled..coolant was over tubes..
Think there was a puddle under car..at store..

I hope it's those rn14. Plugs..never liked those resistor plugs.

A head gasket..argh..
