The photos may be too large and will need to be reduced in size. Any decent photo imaging program should be able to do that. If you are posting directly from an iPhone or iPad size as well as the format may be the issue and other steps will need to be taken. Other things that prevent their posting is the wrong format or an illegal character in the name of the photo.

It sounds as if you are trying to replace the front stabilizer bar clips on the A arms. If that is the case you really can't do it easily and without risk of damaging the tabs unless you use the special tool. You can make a suitable replacement for the tool by using a C clamp. The spacer at the end of the chain that the tool uses to hold the tabs forward in the slot can be screwdrivers or scrap flat steel just wide enough to fit in the slots -- about 1/8" thick. It helps to grind the pad on the C clamp so it has a slight rounded shape to better hold on the clip so as not to slide off as pressure is exerted. There is a photo of the tool and instructions on how to use it in Service Counselor 25 #7. You can view or download from the site.https://www.packardinfo.com/xoops/html/downloads/SC/SC-VOL25NO7.pdf If the stabilizer clips are not what you are working on then will need a photo.

Not familiar with the fluid you mention but if it meets decent modern specs it should be OK. Type F works best for the original cork friction material but if it has modern material after a rebuild then any quality fluid should be fine. Trick Shift is another fluid others have found that works well with the older units particularly if the friction material has dried out or become hard and glazed. It is more expensive than regular fluid though.

Without photos can't quite place what you are referring to with the steering column.
