My sense is that the Packard crest is a bit too large for the proportion of the space - and the car has plenty of traditional Packard graphic features. How about something smaller and of a more personal nature? In the pix of my dash, in the very far right is a square brass plaque which the original owner added. It's engraved with his monogram. When I bought the car I promised the original owner I'd not remove it, and if I did I'd also have a hole to fill. Just a thought.....and a bit smaller than mine, maybe just enough to cover the hole.
