4 bolts plus the wires for the license lights and if no one has made any other fastenings to the frame such as for a trailer hitch etc it should pull straight out with a possible bit of maneuvering to avoid pulling off the rubber on the gravel shield edge if the rubber has hardened and twisted. Two of the bolts are eccentric and you rotate them to adjust the up and down tilt at the end of the bumper for a level look and the other two are ordinary straight bolts just to hold the end of the bracket. The bumper assy is HEAVY and comes off easier with a helper. As I recall the decorative sleeves over the exhaust pipes are on a sort of bracket and just held to the bumper assy by a couple of small bolts. Unfortunately those small bolts could be very rusted and may break off as you try to remove them.
