If your comfortable with pulling convertor off

Pour a qt down shaft let it sit over night. So clutch gets oil.

If you put 2 qts when the shaft get horizontal. It will pour out. If you don't mind a mess. Let it run.

A cork clutch needs oil. Or it will harden and never come back.

If it has a GM lining. Who knows...
