After driving in D. Come to a stop. Is it the converter? that shifts out..

Mine. Takes a moment. Then mine rpm goes up then comes down and out.

Is that a shift valve (converter) that is hanging up?.

Everything else seems ok.. except having to go thru P to get the right shift.

Wondering if control relay is messing up.
