I give a lot of credit to Jay. He knows a lot about each car in his collection. Most big time collectors aren't as hands on as Jay is. Is everything he said 100 percent accurate, no. But all in all he was pretty well right on for most of his comments. As far as the transmission is concerned, I am glad he put the car back to original. The trans is not rare but the shop that found one for him probably emphisized how hard they searched for one for him. Thanks Jay for for your heartfelt comments about Packard.
