Or the air horn adapter idea. That will raise the air cleaner approx. 1". The spacing is the same, the only problem is the diameter of the air horn. The only problem I've ever had with the Edelbrock carbs fitting was the throttle linkage on the carb hitting the heat crossover on the intake. This is solved with a 1/2" spacer. The carb works great, and I like the fact that it's brand new, and available in electric choke.
