It will work just fine, but you'll have to buy a 1/2" spacer to lift it up high enough to get the throttle arm to clear the heat crossover on the manifold.(as well as the secondary butterflies, they're larger than the holes in the manifold on the 600 cfm version, the 500 has the correct size) I put a 600 on my supercharged 320 and had no issues using the spacer. IIRC, the stock air cleaner won't fit on the Edelbrock, so I used an aftermarket 14" air cleaner with the stock Packard top cover on it, no one could tell the difference.
