Two questions:

Is it TIMED FI????
Does it have a backfire valve??? I can post a pic of a backfire valve used on Rochester timed FI ca 1956.

You probably should pick up the phone and call Roscoe and ask him, he said he'd be glad to answer questions but since he asked Kev to post his response, I'd assume he doesn't use or have internet access.

EDIT - well, perhaps he does have internet access afterall.
