Isky used to sell adjutable pushrods for Packard, but I don't know if they still do. Anyway, you can get pushrods made in virtually any length, if necessary. If you go with adjustable pushrods, then you can also go with mechanical lifters and grind for even better performance.

As far as cam grind is concerned, the original stock grinds are very mild as smooth idle and good low end torque were the criteria. If you want something a "little hotter", then I'm sure Isky can fix you up, but do NOT go overboard! Milder is always better with a 4Klb Packard/Clipper with stock converter and gears!
