Any indication that it was assembled in Belgium? The firm there that assembled knocked-down Studebakers assembled a small number of Packards in 1955 and 1956. I'm trying without success to remember the name of the outfit, they were a well-known high quality coach builder in the 20s and 30s, creating custom bodies for Minerva, M-B and other European chassis as well as a few American chassis; shortly after WW II they came back to life by assembling VWs. Owners were two or more brothers. I'll probably think of their name in the middle of the night and by the time I sign on tomorrow AM I'll have forgotten again.

AHAH! Just remembered it. d'Ieteren Freres (brothers).
