Well, here's what I did next, and it took about 2 minutes.

I googled the Troy PD and found that 10 officers were given notices out of a total of approx 135. That makes 1/2, right?
Now just why did I check the facts?? Well, you figure it out.

Something was referred to as brainless, forgot just what it was.
