Use the autolite.com website. Look up the following:
43xls, r43xls, 44xls, r44xls.

Note that the "R" indicates a resistor plug. BUT the Al website gives the SAME plug number regardless of resisitor or not.

I'm not going into detail on this because very few people understand it, as simple as it is. I'll only say that the problem of sporatic plug coding is a common problem among NON-AC manufactureres, especialy across 10 years or more.

Also the "NY-18" and "NY-16" do not seem to be valid Champion numbers to begin with.
