I have the exact tag on my HT but that name is Carcione. There was another Caribbean HT in town some years ago with the same tag, and IIRC the name on that one was Penny. I remember reading about the tag in one of the publications and it seems like there was an S-P memo that went along with the article. Maybe it was in one of the PAC or PI magazines???
