Last winter I bought up all the (shipable)'55 Packard Patrician parts that didn't sell on an e-bay auction. I payed a flat sum for several boxes of parts. I'm not sure, but there may be one in one of the boxes. It might take me a little bit to find out for sure but I've got a few relatively free days coming up and I'll look for it.
One way or the other, I'll let you know.
