I won't get into the pressure part as others are more qualified but I would go with the 400 degree as a safety factor. 225 is a bit close for my comfort even if conservatively rated.

One question I have is Grainger because they have a lot of great stuff. Used to be a wholesaler to businesses with resale number only place but I see a cart so do they sell to ordinary mortals now?
