I'm not sure about how Caribbeans are adorned there? I do however appreciate your response. I've attached a couple of pictures on my situation and it appears that the material (s) IS the same as that of the door panels etc. that were completed prior to me buying the car 13 years ago.
As seen the material is peeling off now & I'll be reupholstering the car within weeks. (Going back to original via SMS) As I write, I wonder if a "sleeve" or similar could be fashioned and "slipped onto the robe rail? Guess that is a question for the fellow I've hired to do the interior for me.
