In regards to crank adapter & flexplate. The adapter is 4" long & almost identical to what Bendtsen has sold for the last 12 yrs for Cadillac, Olds & Buick nailheads.
The original Packard flexplate is used to start the engine and there is an 1/8" thick triangular plate that is only used to drive the torque converter.
Yes, I did put a Olds HV oil pump in the engine with a remote filter mounted on the inner fender of the passenger side.
