Just a quick update about this thread. I'm still not any closer to learning the location of this car. But I have located a previous owner from 1968. That owner, sold the car sometime in the during late spring or the summer of 1968. Presently however, he cannot recall to whom it was sold. (Thanks to Packards1 for the tip)

This car would have been stunning (IMO) given its paint codes and I'd still like to reunite the paperwork with the present car owner if possible. It just seems to me that the paperwork belongs to the actual car. Time permitting, I'm asking that you all please check with old-timers that may still be connected with local/regional Packard and or AACA clubs.
