Seller hadn't had it that long and was the first Packard HE had been involved with.

Previous seller in his 80's but supposedly had been heavily involved with Packards, just didn't have enough left in the "tank" to take this one on.

Seller had a Bonded title due to the first pevious seller "misplaced/ lost it.

County/ state records are an option but most times, time is not.

I will call the seller and get the previous sellers' name and it may ring bells with some on here, if he were heavily involved with Packards.
