The general style with the mounting and 4 tail feathers is correct for 1932 thru 1937 senior cars, though I wonder if this one is authentic or an aftermarket piece, note the differences in the front legs and the spacing between the neck and the body (though it could have been bent), for example. Two good referenes would be the Walt Harris book on Packard radiator caps, mascots and trademarks, and Don Sommer's site on reproduction radiator cap mascots.
