It is good news but I won't hold my breath. The farm lobby is still powerful and Congress hasn't agreed on much of anything else so wouldn't expect this to be any different.

It is interesting to see so many new car mfgs won't cover some warranty items if it's used. Sure makes you wonder what the stuff really does to the air after the fact if it is bad enough to eat up engine components before the fact.
