Regarding the Clipper... it has sunk so far into the ground I'd be concerned about more than just the floor pans. Wheels, brake assemblies, gas tank, and possibly even the frame might be rust damaged beyond use.

Other than the tail light lenses, there doesn't seem to be much there that wouldn't require a herculean effort and buckets of cash just to make it drivable.
